Domestic Orders (India): Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days after dispatch, subject to courier partner timelines.
International Orders: Shipping times vary based on destination and are subject to the courier agent’s terms and conditions.
Please note: Delivery timelines may be affected during festive seasons, strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (within India): Calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: Charges vary by country and will be displayed during checkout.
4. Tracking Orders
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Policy
Doorstep delivery is available for all orders.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete. TKMAS is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
Courier partners may attempt re-delivery if the first delivery is missed.
6. Payment & Cancellations
No Cash on Delivery (COD): All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Replacement Policy
Orders are eligible for replacement only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your jewellery arrives damaged, kindly contact us immediately.
TKMAS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier service.
