1. Jewellery Products
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Only non-customized jewellery is eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
Requests must be made within 48 hrs of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items damaged due to mishandling, wear and tear, or alterations by third parties are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Option
Eligible items may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (difference payable by customer).
Exchange requests must follow the same 48 hrs timeline.
2. Consultation Services
Due to the nature of professional consultation, fees once paid are non-refundable.
If a consultation session needs to be rescheduled, clients must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after reports, recommendations, or deliverables have been shared.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect jewellery item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).
